TSAG Crystal
TSAG (Terbium Scandium Aluminum Garnet) is a garnet-structure single crystal developed as an advanced alternative to TGG for magneto-optical applications. Compared to TGG, TSAG offers a higher Verdet constant and lower optical absorption, making it well suited to high-power laser isolator applications.
TSAG crystals are used in Faraday rotators and optical isolators, including systems supporting high average laser power.
