Silicon ingots are single-crystal boules of high-purity silicon, grown by the Float Zone (FZ) method. FZ growth avoids contact with a crucible during crystallization, resulting in exceptionally high purity — our silicon ingots reach a purity of over 99.999999999% (11N).
