Applying this coating is an effective preparation technique for diminishing charge-up electron artifacts for analysis in a SEM. Its pulsed mode can protect samples from heat damage. It can quickly reach its working vacuum pressure with a proper vacuum pump. Users can easily control heating power (current) and pulsing time (recipe) with the touch screen. The package includes a vacuum pump. Thickness monitor is available as an option.
