Copper-Tin Sputtering Target
Copper-tin (CuSn), commonly known as bronze, combines the high electrical conductivity of copper with improved hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance from tin alloying. This combination results in thin films with reliable conductivity and enhanced mechanical durability compared to pure copper.
Sputtered CuSn films are used in electronic connectors and contacts requiring durable conductive surfaces, decorative and functional coatings, and diffusion barrier or seed layers in interconnect structures for semiconductor manufacturing.
