Copper-Manganese-Tin Sputtering Target
Copper-manganese-tin (CuMnSn), most notably in the composition Cu2MnSn, belongs to the classic family of Heusler alloys, among the earliest ferromagnetic intermetallic compounds identified, alongside the closely related composition Cu2MnAl.
Closely related Cu-based Heusler compositions such as Cu2MnAl have been deposited as co-sputtered thin films for fundamental magnetic materials research. By extension, sputtered CuMnSn films are of research interest as a ferromagnetic Heusler thin-film material for magnetic materials and spintronics studies.
